The Raveningham Country Fair is organised and run entirely by volunteers, with all profits donated to local charities, community groups, and organisations. We greatly appreciate the support of our stallholders in helping us raise funds for these worthwhile causes.

If a stallholder wishes to cancel their pitch booking, a full refund of the stallholder fee will be provided provided that written notice of cancellation is received no later than one calendar month before the date of the Fair.

Unfortunately, cancellations received less than two calendar month before the Fair cannot be refunded, as pitch fees contribute towards the costs of organising the event and commitments will already have been made based on confirmed bookings.

As The Raveningham Country Fair is a charitable fundraising event run entirely by volunteers, stallholders who are entitled to a refund may choose to donate all or part of their stallholder fee instead.

Any fees donated in this way will be retained by the Fair and used to support the local charities and organisations that benefit from the event.

We are extremely grateful to stallholders who choose this option, as their generosity helps maximise the funds raised for the local community.

In the unlikely event that The Raveningham Country Fair is cancelled by the organisers, stallholders will be contacted as soon as possible and arrangements regarding refunds or donations will be communicated at that time.
